The renewed registration of my software is not possible. What can I do?
Answer:

You have registered your software on a certain device. You might want to achieve a registration of a recently purchased device or after the upgrade of the operating system you want to register the already registered software once more.

When you acquire a navigation software, only one single licence is available and that is why no other registration is possible. Your serial number is already registered and cannot be registered once more. Every license you purchase is bound to a cetrain device.

Another registration is only possible in repair or replacement cases. In such cases please contact our service center.
