iPhone: No connection to iTunes Store
Answer:

If an error message occurs while you try to connect your device with the iTunes Store or if the connection fails, please follow these instructions:

1.     Go to "Settings" - "General" - "Restrictions".

2.     Set "iTunes" and "In-App Purchase" to "On".
