iPhone: Content lost after iOS upgrade
Answer:

In some cases it can happen that there is some content missing after an iOS upgrade. If you want to download purchased content again, please follow the instructions below:

1.     Start your NAVIGON software and go to "Extras". You will get
         a list of all additional functions that are available for your device.

2.     Choose one of the apps you already purchased and buy it again.

3.     Enter the requested iTunes account details.

4.     The system will recognize that you have already purchased
         the app earlier. You will be able to download it again. This
         transaction will not be charged.
