FreshMaps: New map cuttings for Northern, Southern and Eastern Europe for MN6
Answer:

With every new map you receive many new details, updates and POI extensions. In spite of  modern data compression methods, the storage space requirements of digital SD cards are increasing with every new version.
However, navigation devices using MobileNavigator 6 can only run with a 2 GB memory card.

Therefore, the European map for these devices has been separated in different cuttings which fit onto the provided 2 GB memory card. NAVIGON has developed the cuttings depending on the most common travelling profiles to make the choice of the map easier for you.

Just choose the cutting which matches your travelling behavior the best when you install the new map. If you are planning to travel another region during your journey, which is not covered by the cutting that you have installed, you are able to install another region via NAVIGON Fresh.
