Error: Device not recognised / "Invalid Registration ID" / "Invalid Client Type"
Answer:

If your device cannot be recognized by NAVIGON Fresh or if an error message appears (e.g. "Invalid Registration ID" or "Invalid Client Type"), please follow the instructions below:

1.     Restore your device via NAVIGON Fresh.

        Please note: If you have not registered your device
        yet, proceed to step 3.

2.     Install the newest software update.

3.     If the problem cannot be solved with the instructions
        above, please contact our Service Center.
