Answer:
Some additional services such as Reality View, Safety-Camera or specific map material can be only used with a specific version of navigation software.

While the navigation software is in use you can find the version number under "Option" - "Settings" - "Option" - "Product information".
On devices with MN8 (Flow) software you find this number under "More"
- "System Settings" - "Hardware" - "Product Information".
Example:
Produktinfo
NAVIGON PR70
Version: 7.6.10 (build- 1403) → This is the version number of your software.
Program: 10101001-9212
Please, make sure that you always use latest version of your software.
For this purpose, use our free program NAVIGON Fresh and select the option "Update NAVIGON software".
Through NAVIGON Fresh you will find under " My system " option, you can also find the software version, e.g. the map material status.
