Answer:
If you want to redeem a FreshMaps voucher, you have to do this within a period of 30 days after the purchase of your device. If you activate the voucher during this time, you will get a sales discount of 80%. After the time limit, the voucher will be expired and NAVIGON will not be able to offer you a sales discount anymore.
If the activation of the voucher fails although the period of 30 days has not passed by yet, please contact your NAVIGON salesman.
