Device loops, freezes or crashes
Answer:

Please follow these steps if your device loops, freezes or crashes:

    1. Perform a softreset.

    2. If the softreset does not solve the problem, please perform a
        hardreset. Please note that this step will remove all data from your
        storage.

    3. Please try to restore a previously saved backup.

    4. If there is no previously saved backup or if the recovery of the backup
        fails, please use the function "restore device" in NAVIGON Fresh.

    5. After the backup recovery or the restore you will have to do a
        software update.

    6. If the problem still remains, please contact our customer service.
