As the payment was processed by Apple, via iTunes, we recommend you to address the matter to the Apple Support. As long as the operation was performed via iTunes, purchase or download issues as well as refund requests are Apple's domain of expertise and thus, they are best suited to further assist you in this matter. Unfortunately, NAVIGON has no influence on the purchase processes in iTunes.
