In order to reset your navigation device or navigation software back to factory settings, proceed as follows:

MN7:
1. Go to "Options" - "settings" - "Options" - "Factory Settings".
2. In the next window click "Yes".
MN8:
1. Select the “More” button"
- “System Settings” -
“Hardware” - “Factory Settings”.
2. In the next window click "Yes".
Please note: Resetting to Factory Settings will delete all saved destinations and routes (last destinations, favourites, home address, etc.).
