Navigation has never been so stress-free: With the new NAVIGON Flow navigation software, you'll be able to glide through the menu in an instant – and then on to your destination. In developing this software, we overhauled our previous operating concept and now stick to a clear principle: The functions you use most frequently can now be accessed more easily and intuitively. Plus gesture control makes light work of operating the device. All functions can now be controlled by simply tapping or swiping across the screen.

The clearly arranged user interface makes operating even simpler than ever before. The advantages of the new NAVIGON Flow can be felt in all navigation tasks.  For example, the TMC traffic avoidance function is now even better than ever: New traffic reports are clearly displayed in the map.  You will be suggested the optimum route based on the current traffic situation, making sure you get to your destination quickly and safely. After all, it is not always a good idea to leave the motorway for a country road.
 

NAVIGON Flow - Navigation made easy

Focus all your attention on driving: NAVIGON Text-to-Speech provides you with precise announcements that tell you the names of streets and exits, as well as the direction and distance.

Know what the road ahead holds with Active Lane Assistant
Which lane should I be in? Sound familiar to you? You’re in the far left lane and suddenly realise that you need to turn right. The Active Lane Assistant feature from NAVIGON shows you in hectic traffic when you need to change lanes, in which direction and in plenty of time so you won’t miss the next exit. Safe and stress-free driving with NAVIGON.

Get in the right lane with Active Lane Assistant
Active Lane Assistant provides you with a realistic display of the road ahead, including bends, in the form of a dynamic travelling animation. An orange arrow in the animation points out which lane you need to be in. And to make sure you know ahead of time what is coming after the next bend, you will be shown up to the next four turns along the route ahead. A well-anticipated idea from NAVIGON!

Whatever kind of driver you are, NAVIGON MyRoutes recommends the best route every time, adapted to your personal driving style, the day of the week and the time of day. In addition, your NAVIGON also displays up to two further possible routes.

Avoid any unexpected stops along your journey: with TMC (Traffic Message Channel), you will receive the most important traffic information from the radio. The practical antenna is located in the car charger. TMC is able to get you straight to your destination, avoiding traffic congestion and road works – all without cable tangle.

Park smart: if you’re looking for a parking space, you’ll be on the right track in no time with Clever Parking. It shows you not only the parking options nearby, but also provides information on opening hours and prices*.

Always know how far away you are from your favourite points of interest with NAVIGON MyBest POIs
This service is a real asset which will show you points of interest that are important to you and ensure that you keep your bearings. Choose your three favourite points of interest categories, such as filling stations, parking places or places to eat. These will then be shown to you at the top of the display screen, including the distance to the nearest POI. Alternatively, you can also choose to be shown three specific points of interest from one category, such as your three favourite fast food restaurants, for example.

NAVIGON MyBest POIs: for a better overview on the display
As an added extra, you can switch off this POI notification so that you have a better view of the display and then switch it on again when you need it. With MyBest POIs, irritating diversions are no longer an issue because you will now know exactly where and how far you need to travel until you reach the nearest services when the children are getting restless in the back again, for example. Stress-free travel with NAVIGON!

This function puts traffic into words: spoken TMC informs you with spoken traffic announcements of traffic congestion, the length of queues and their causes along your route. Every bit as detailed as traffic announcements on the radio!

Your favourite destinations can be saved as special destinations, and are then displayed on the map. At a glance, you can find out when you’re getting close to your favourite Italian restaurant or your friend’s house.

Lane Assistant Pro helps you to make your way through even the most hectic traffic situations. It provides you with a clear look ahead, showing you whether you need to change lanes for this turn and the next.

It’s not always possible to get to your destination’s door in the car. With NAVIGON Last Mile, you can save the location of your car after parking, and will be led to your actual destination on foot in pedestrian mode. And it can easily take you back again afterwards.

Have you come across a change in traffic, such as a new roundabout? NAVIGON MyReport allows you to report changes in the road network by entering information directly. Once they’ve been thoroughly checked by experts, your reports will be incorporated into one of our latest map releases.

This function gives you a better overview. Once the One Click Menu function is activated, the NAVIGON MyBest POIs field at the top of your display and the menu bar and the bottom of the screen are automatically hidden. The main advantage of this is that you will be shown a larger area of the map and can therefore keep a better overview of the route. The display will only show the information that is relevant to you.

Reveal controls at the touch of a button

With a single click on the map, POIs and the menu bar are revealed again, and you can use your navigation device as normal. A while after you have stopped clicking on your navigation device, these controls are automatically hidden and you will see a large view of the map in your display. You can also choose to keep the POI display up at all times. A NAVIGON innovation for safe driving with an eye on the road ahead.

Discover cities without losing your way: the pedestrian navigation brings you directly to your destination, even if you’re not in your car. You will also be able to discover those hidden squares and tourist attractions. A particularly practical feature is that you can hold your NAVIGON in portrait format* in your hand.

Found out more about points of interest (POIs): if you touch on a point of interest displayed on the map, such as service stations or tourist attractions, you will receive valuable information, including addresses, opening hours and telephone numbers. You can also choose to be navigated there directly.

Traffic signs are displayed realistically for easier orientation.

Getting in lane made easy: with NAVIGON Reality View Pro, you’ll be informed in good time about motorway junctions and when you need to change lanes. Thanks to photo-realistic displays of exits and the actual junction number, you’ll be able to follow the signs. So you will always have your bearings.

Never make another mistake when entering addresses. The intelligent address entry shows you only letter combinations that make sense. This way, you will only be offered addresses that really exist.

NAVIGON keeps an eye on your speed: the Speed Assistant provides audio-visual warnings as soon as you exceed the legal speed limit.

Provides alternatives in time: TMC Routing Info shows you alternative routes when traffic congestion is announced, with an updated distance calculation and arrival time. You’ll have the choice of avoiding the traffic congestion, or keeping your original route.

This option adjusts the map material display to the current light conditions. In darkness, the navigation switches automatically to night mode, and is displayed in darker colours. The light intensity is lessened and, therefore, will not startle you.

You have the choice between different map displays: either navigate in the classic 2D mode, or in the 3D mode from a bird’s-eye view. The automatic scaling adjusts the map scale to the car’s current surroundings. So you always have a view of the route.
