- Android: I have downloaded the Try&Buy version and purchased an activation code from the NAVIGON website. Can I transfer my NAVIGON software to a new Android phone/Smartphone?
You are using the predecessor version of the current NAVIGON MobileNavigator for Android. This version will not be developed anymore. Since this version was not distributed over the Android market, a transfer to another device is technically not possible. Thus the use of the NAVIGON MobileNavigator for Android is only possible with the device on which it was originally activated.
If your device was exchanged because of a defect, there is the possibility to transfer the existing registration and activate it on the new device.
There is one exception:
Your smartphone/phone was substituted because of a hardwareor device defect. In this case a transfer of your NAVIGON software to a new smartphone/phone is possible. To do this, please contact our customer support. Please be sure to keep your repair receipt at hand.
