- My navigation system can not be turned off via the software button/touchsreen. What can I do?

Risposta:
Some devices of the NAVIGON 70s series cannot be turned off via the software button (the button on the touch-sensitive display). This problem was already fixed with a software update. If it still occurs on your device, please follow these steps:
▪ Do a hardreset and, afterwards, a software update.
If the problem still occurs:
▪ Perform a device restore and then a software update.
If both steps are unsuccessfully, please contact our customer support.
