How can I check the current status of my repair process?

Customers of Central and West Europe:

After receiving your NAVIGON device, a notice of receipt will be send to your E-Mail address. Therefore please enclose your E-Mail address in your parcel together with your RMA Number if you haven’t already communicated your E-Mail address by phone. During the repair process you will also receive E-Mails regarding the current status of the repair.

Customers of North and East Europe:

After receiving your NAVIGON device, a notice of receipt will be send to your E-Mail address. Therefore please enclose your E-Mail address in your parcel together with your RMA Number if you haven’t already communicated your E-Mail address by phone. During the repair process you will also receive E-Mails regarding the current status of the repair.

Additionally you may check the repair status of your NAVIGON device at our partner www.transerv2000.com. Click on 'Status' and fill in your RMA Number and ZIP code to view all details of the repair process.
