The navigation system cannot be recognized as a data transfer device
Svar:

All current NAVIGON devices are recognized as a removable disk when they are connected to a computer via a USB cable. With this connection you are able to connect your device with the NAVIGON Fresh program.

If your device is not being recognized as a removable disk, try using a different USB port. If there is a connection available you will be notified by a message displayed on the device screen.

Perhaps, your device is not suitable to be used as a removable disk. With older NAVIGON devices you can use a card reader instead and insert your SD card (this has the same effect as connecting as a removable disk). It is possible with following devices:

     • 21xx
     • 21xxmax
     • 31xx
     • 51xx
     • 71xx
     • 81xx/83xx
     • Transonic 6000
     • Transonic 7000
