Which information are required when I contact the Service Center?

If you want to contact our Service Center, please make sure that you keep important information about your device resp. the software at hand. Thus you are able to avoid unnecessary waiting time or misunderstandings, so that our agents will be able to focus on your issue.

In order to work on your issue by phone, we need the following details:

Personal Details

•     MyNAVIGON E-mail address used for the product registration

Details about your NAVIGON device

•     Date of purchase
•     Model
•     Serial number
•     Error description
 

Details about your NAVIGON software

•     Smart-Mobile Phone model, operating system and version
•     IMEI- Number
•     NAVIGON software version
