To ensure prompt processing, we recommend you to place your order directly from the NAVIGON online shop. Please note that equipment, and accessories are sold exclusively through Garmin. You will be automatically redirected to the Garmin website and need a Garmin account in order to process your purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to process an order via fax or e-mail. Every order is treated seperately, therefore we recommend you to place one order with all the articles that you wish to purchase, this will lower the shipping costs.
Garmin grants you unrestricted right to withdrawl of your contract within two weeks without further explanation.
Please note unsealed software and software that was downloaded in the NAVIGON Fresh is non-returnable. Also Garmin reserves the right to withhold part of the refund, in case that the devices or accessories that you are returning have been damaged.

Scope of delivery:
For each product that you purchase we do submitt all necessary accessories, for example the charger and battery. However you may also verify the scope of delivery, because for every product there is a detailed description of what is included for example the map information and the content of the package.
The delivery of the NAVIGON devices and their accessories, is available in 16 European countries. However customers abroad may also have their NAVIGON products delivered directly to their home. Please note that this may incur additional costs (e.g. duty fees, import tax).
Delivery adress / billing address:
Your delivery address may differ from the billing address in case you are not at home at all time. You may provide us with the address from your job, friends, relatives, etc. Your order will be automatically delivered to this address. However your purchase bill (invoice/receipt) will still be sent to the provided billing address.
