    Maximum protection for your personal and bank details.

    Data security

    Forwarding your bank details is a sensitive process. We use several security systems, such as Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) to protect your details from unauthorised access, use and transfer by third parties. In particular, these systems identify you, which means you do not need to provide proof of identity each time you visit. See our data protection regulations for further information.

    NAVIGON offers you all popular means of payment. Please see the “Data security” section for requirements regarding protection of your data. We will despatch your order by DHL or UPS. If you wish to pay cash on delivery, please ensure that you will be present. If you wish to have products delivered to a company address, we recommend a different means of payment than cash on delivery since we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will wait. Payment in advance is available only in Germany.

    NAVIGON will send an order confirmation to advise you that we have received your order. Your order will then be despatched shortly afterwards. Please see the confirmation which you will receive by email for the precise delivery time. You can also track the status of your order at any time using the Tracking Link under MyNAVIGON Accounts.

  • Returns

    Please contact customer services.

    Should you, contrary to expectation, receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer services. They will discuss next steps with you. If you need to return products, please pack them carefully and ensure the package is insured. Please so not send SD cards and smaller items as a letter. NAVIGON will pay delivery costs for orders of €40.00 or more.
