The details of the NAVIGON maps are not being picked up by NAVIGON itself. NAVIGON gets the map details delivered by a specialized company named NavTeq. NAVIGON prepares the map details for the use via navigation software.
In spite of the very actuality of the map details there can occur some mistakes or missing details in the map material. You can help us to rectify and update the map details.
Here you can report wrong or missing details in the navigation maps (you will be referred to the NavTeq website). The you will be able to report different types of map details. There are some detailed workflows described in the articles below:
