NAVIGON Fresh: Device not recognized ("Invalid Registration ID" / "Invalid Client Type")
Answer:

If your device cannot be detected by NAVIGON Fresh or if there an error occurs (e.g. "invalid registration ID" or "invalid client type"), please follow the steps below:


1.     Restore your device via NAVIGON Fresh. If this step fails,
        please go directly to step 3.

2.     Install the latest software update.

3.     If both steps are unsuccessful, please contact
        our service center.
