Message: "Could not calculate route"
Answer:

 Perhaps you have selected to restrict options like "Highways, ferries, or toll roads" and there is no other way to reach your destination.

Please check the configuration settings in "Route Profile". Set the corresponding options on "Allow".

Also, if you are traveling abroad, make sure that all the countries you have to navigate through in order to reach your destination have been installed on your device.

There is similar error message when a route cannot be calculated: "The route is too long for the selected route option". This usually happens when you try to calculate a too long pedestrian route.
