Can I return a purchased product?
Answer:

Download products and unsealed software cannot be returned. Please make reference of this under general business terms and conditions.

Other products purchased in the NAVIGON online shop can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Within this period you can return the goods to us without having to state any reasons and we will refund your payment. To meet this deadline you simply have to notify us in time by phone. You then have another 7 calendar days to return the product to us.
