NAVIGON select freezes when I connect my HTC Mozart via USB to my PC. What can I do?
Answer:

This problem only appears when users start NAVIGON select first and then connect to the PC. Please connect your device first to your PC, then start NAVIGON and download your maps.

There are known problems regarding the network configuration on HTC Mozart devices. Only HTC can fix this with a ROM Image Update. This problem can also occur with other applications on your WP7.
