The renewed registration of my software is not possible. What can I do?
Answer:

You have registered your software or a specially content to a specific device. Due to an equipment change, a re-registration or after upgrading the operating system you want to register an already registered software.

A re-registration is not possible in this case because you acquire a single-user license with the purchase of the navigation software. Your serial number is already registered and can not be registered a second time. All licenses which NAVIGON assignes at a registration are always tied to specific devices.

A re-registration is only possible in the case of a repair or a replacement of a device. In such a case, please contact directly our Customer Service.
