My phone is one of the supported ones and the correct SIM card is inserted. Nevertheless, NAVIGON select does not start. Why?
Answer:

Make sure that data connection is enabled and that the reception quality is sufficient. To check the mobile network settings, open the settings of your Smartphone. For further help please contact the manufacturer of your smartphone.
