In App Purchase not possible (Android)
Answer:

If you are not able to buy InApps with your Android device, please check the following instructions:

1.     If you have a prepaid contract, please check whether there is enough
        money on the account to make In App Purchases.

2.     It can be possible that you use another provider which does not allow
        you to buy content in the Android Market (e.g. if you are abroad).

3.     Download the free app "NAVIGON System Check" from the Android
        Market. After making a system check, send a photo of the results a to
        our customer support. Please keep your IMEI and your device ID at
        hand if you contact our customer support. You will find the device ID
        in the product information details in your device's menu.
