Answer:
To use your licence for the navigation software for your new device or after a repaired or exchanged device, you have to unlock or to unregister the software directly by the NAVIGON service center. You will require a copy of the purchase receipt or the manufacterer's reparation process report, the serial number of the software and the device's ID.

In some cases the device's ID changes after updating the operating system or software. Then the original activation license code does not work anymore. In this case please contact the NAVIGON service center.
