NAVIGON First to Introduce Zagat Content to Personal Navigation Devices

LAS VEGAS (CES Booth #6011) and CHICAGO, January 8, 2007 - NAVIGON Inc, the leading navigation software provider, today announced a strategic partnership with Zagat Survey to enhance the comprehensive point of interest (POI) information available on products directed by NAVIGON's MobileNavigator (MN) Premium™ software. As the world's leading provider of consumer survey-based dining, travel and leisure information, Zagat content will help consumers make smart, immediate decisions that fit their lifestyle needs.


Turn-by-turn driving directions, packaged with the most comprehensive listings available for personal navigation devices (PND), make this partnership an important industry first. Millions of consumers worldwide rely on Zagat Survey's ratings and reviews to make informed destination choices, and integrated with products Directed by NAVIGON, makes this best selling content even more accessible in the context of real-time travel.

The five destination guides NAVIGON plans to incorporate into its MN Premium software include Zagat Survey's Top U.S. Hotels, Resorts and Spas, America's Top Restaurants, America's Top Golf Courses, and Nightlife in 70+ US Cities/Locales. Combined, these guides offer recommendations for nearly 25,000 top destinations across America in the familiar Zagat format.

By Summer 2007, NAVIGON will begin incorporating Zagat content across the portfolio of devices that leverage the company's MN Premium solution.
